Weeks 19-21! HALF-BAKED!

Three weeks in one, ahhhh! As usual, summer is FLYING by and time is just getting away from me so quickly. Baby Snug, your pregnancy blog/book might be shorter, but your life will be SO MUCH FULLER with your sisters around, I promise. And I love you times a million billion. I just sleep and rest less than I used to. Forgive me!

We are doing great. The stomach bug that we passed back and forth for about two weeks seems to have finally gone, and we are focusing on making the days as memorable as possible. We are doing lots of fun summer activities and making summer magic that I know I will remember always. Our lives are so blessed these days, really. And whenever I do complain, I realize that even my complaints are things I once hoped and prayed for. God is good.

Using Eileen's ice cream maker for the first time!

Morning bagel stop!

Eileen is THE BEST BIG SISTER EVER and already so smitten with baby. It's honestly so precious.

Pool!

Big girls can't get enough!

Little one would rather snack (which, I admit, I totally understand).

My sweet Kiki girl.

Daddy takes all three for a walk on nights he is home, and it is a special time for all of us (including me, who gets to sit down and rest!)

A rare moment of peace between Kiki and Maeve, haha!

So silly.

Eileen LOVES THIS SHIRT and is such a ham when she wears it!

Sister porch time.

Beautiful girl.

Sometimes I wish I could freeze them at this age forever.

Just started swim lessons where I used to take them as a kid! Moderate success but still a great experience.

Popsicles!

But are you even eating a popsicle if you're not wearing it?

Special IN time with great grandma Ruth, Kiki's namesake!

Fishing with Dzia Dzia and daddy, another great memory!

This is Tim's idea of heaven!

So that's a brief recap of the last three weeks! We have nothing but fun stuff ahead. A trip to Michigan, a trip to MN, and lots of family time in between. I am definitely slowing down a bit and getting big in front, which makes chasing the girls through this heat (90+ for over a week now) a bit difficult. But oh well, that's Chicago! We had an awesome 20-week ultrasound last week with Tim and the two big girls where we saw you, Snug. You're still measuring a half-week ahead and everything looks perfect. Placenta is on the opposite side of my c-section scar which doctor is happy about, you're wiggling a lot, and your HB was 137 BPM. The girls were in awe of all of your tiny bones and complex heart, spine, and organs. It was awesome watching them watch me. Kiki was terrified that my stomach was producing the blue goo that doc used for the doppler, so after we cleared up that misconception the rest of explaining was easy! Haha!

There you are in all of your glory, Sung! I love you so much already!

Here's my 19 week bump!

And 20 weeks! Stuck in gym shoes because my plantar's facscitis is flaring up!

And 21, before a dinner with my friends! Wardrobe pickins' are slim!

How far along? 20 weeks and 5 days!
Clothing? Caved and bought two new dresses because of this heat. I need to have as much skin free as possible or I'm dying!
Stretch marks? Yep.
Sleep? Tired, but sleeping, so I will take it!
Best moment of this week? My amazing 20-week ultrasound with the girls and T!
Worst moment of this week? My poor mom was in the hospital with vertigo for 3 days which was awful. She is back to normal now, thank goodness because we missed her!
Miss anything? Wine. Mmmm.
Movement? Picking up, slowly but surely! Eileen felt her first kick and loved it, and I am feeling rolls and punches more regularly. More more more!
Symptoms? Tired, plantar's fascitis flaring up, sciatic flaring up, gaining weight at a more steady pace, super sore boobs, sore lower back, you know, the usual fun stuff!
Food cravings? LEMONADE AND CHEESE (hence the weight gain, haha!).
Gender? Still feel girl. Desperately trying to narrow down some names.
Labor Signs? Nah.
Belly button in or out? Outie.
Wedding rings on or off? On, but fingers swelling in this heat!
Mood? Honestly so happy and feeling so blessed right now. What a wonderful summer and time for our family.
Looking forward to? A few great trips we have coming up, more family time, and more big kicks from Snug!

Time to run to church. God bless ALL OF YOU!
