30/31 Weeks...Happy Belated Easter! He is Risen!

HI PEEPS (a little Easter joke for ya there...). For the sake of expediency, and because I still have two overnight guests in town + a husband recovering from a nasty stomach flu, I am combining weeks 30/31. I know, I know, you're devastated. You want every little detail about my exciting life! I'm sorry to disappoint!

...yep...

...this last week and a half has felt a little like that.

Easter was LOVELY, and I hope everyone out there felt the same. We celebrated with Eileen's first Easter basket, first chocolate bunny, and first egg hunt. Talk about fun overload! It was incredibly special, despite the lack of nap that day. Everyone slept like a rock that night, that's for sure!

Daddy, is this mine?!

Smiles all around!

Woah, I'm liking this.

Ears=gone.

I love this picture...daddy and his little ballerina.

Silly.

Always silly!

Daddy daughter time.

A rare wiggle free moment!

CHEESE!

Goofin' around.

My main squeeze.

Collecting eggs with Aunt Claire!

Exploring with daddy!

If there are any stray eggs, I will FIND THEM!

I can't believe I'm allowed to run around outside in the rain!

First egg hunt...success!

Immediately following Easter, we began our epic 4-day visit with one of my best friends Jess and her boyfriend! We have done lots of fun things including trips to the ice cream shop, a visit to the zoo, and lots of straight up clownin' around. We will be sad to see them go tomorrow!

A hippo!

A bird! This is crazy!

Ice cream trip!

Hangin' with Aunt Jess.

Out to dinner with the grown ups!

Other than that, not much to report. Thankfully T is on the mend, and it looks like Ei and I scraped by without catching the bug. We have one more brunch tomorrow, and then we can breathe a bit. Still, all of this activity has been fun!

Playing with our rosary!

Being the silliest.

My sunshine! (Not to be confused with sunny, haha!)

Moods.

Napping (our favorite activity).

Because I am scrambling to finish, let's move right along to bumpdates, shall we?!

30 weeks on Easter Sunday!

Pseudo maternity shots...

...the classic pose, of course.

And...

Just shy of 31 weeks, and growing by the second!

How far along?  31 weeks in a few days, WOOHOO!
Clothing? Creative on a good day, grungy in general.
Stretch marks? Yeah man.
Sleep? Haven't slept much the last few days because T has been up sick and I've been trying to help. Hopefully we will all catch up soon!
Best moment of this week? EASTER, visiting with great friends, lots of cuddles with Leenie Lou, T healing up, and of course quality time with sunny!
Worst moment of this week? Having to watch the poor sick man I love feeling rotten.
Miss anything?  Would've loved to enjoy some wine with my friends this week, but, oh well!
Movement? Like Ei, sunny has constant hiccups! Multiple times a day, crazy! But movement has slowed down notably, most likely due to sunny's ever-growing size. I am trying not to obsess over it but I am obsessive by nature, so, TRYING is the key word! Ha! Still, when I do get kicks/rolls/etc. they are HARD and strong!
Symptoms? Big, tired, slow. Achy, crazy acid reflux all of the sudden, uncomfortable fullness after meals, sore back and tummy, trouble with sinuses, and lots of Braxton hicks. All downhill from here!
Food cravings? Juice! Ice cream! Jelly beans! Everything I shouldn't have!
Gender? Feeling boy, but not the same strong feeling I felt with Eileen. Guess we will see!
Labor Signs? Nope.
Belly button in or out? Out!
Mood? Starting to get REALLY excited…with the holidays and everything else we have coming up, baby’s birthday is starting to feel very very close!
Rituals? Nighttime lullaby, holy water on the belly in the morning, holy oil on the belly at night. Routine bedtime chats. And a few playful poke fests to watch the baby squirm around in my belly!
Milestones? Reaching the 30s! Single digits until sunny's birthday! Officially entering sunny's birthday season, springtime!
Looking forward to? My 31/32-week appointment on Monday, more gorgeous weather, and sunny's birthday  of course!!!

That's all for now, lovely folks. Until next time, God bless!
